Truffles
"We rescued our dog Truffles and he had a number of medical issues. One of them was a chronic skin infection
which meant that he didn't like being touched. Even after his skin was cleared up he remained sensitive. He also was wary of anything being "done" to him because he'd gone through
so many different treatments. I really appreciate the time Christina takes for Truffles to be comfortable with the work that she's doing. I know that Truffles benefits from the massages and I'm grateful for Christina's expertise and caring." - Christina Blue

Shaq
"My 14 year old Lab, Shaq, has benefited greatly from
the magic hands at Skillful Paws. I am grateful for the improvement in his quality of life, and look forward to
many more years of seeing him frolic." - Ray Hebert

Grant
Christina was truly Heaven sent! I have a special needs
Great Dane, “Grant” with a severe spinal infection & bone
loss. He was on a euthanasia list at our shelter. With medicinal treatment & Christina’s “skills”, Grant is now on
his road to recovery.  We were even able to better manage the pain with her recommendations & she seems to have a healthy solution for a number of his side effects from his
very strong antibiotics. We are both watching Grant recover
& she has been one of the best things that has happened to us.  Grant is not only completely receptive to her, he actually smiles when she is here! We are so very grateful for Christina & highly recommend her!  - Courtney Orlin, P.A.W.S of Austin

Pip and Zorro
I wanted to commend you on the massage work with my 2 dogs. Pip (8 month old Border Collie) loves it and I can see
a difference in her after you visit. Zorro (9 year old, diabetic, mini-poodle) feels great after his time with you, I really see it helping him with his overall health. I love how he relaxes and falls asleep when you work on him. I am now including your brochure with my class folders so that every client gets one.

Casey
My fifteen-year-old Golden Retriever Casey suffers from severe arthritis in his hips, rear legs and shoulders. Last year, despite his sunny disposition, I could tell that he was in pain and thought that his life was coming to an end.  Christina's massage therapy, recommended by Casey's vet in tandem with other therapies, made an undeniable difference in his overall movement. I saw an immediate improvement. Today he is doing well for an old guy. Christina has helped to give him a much higher quality of life and now sees him only on
an as-needed basis.  I would recommend Christina to anyone who is looking for help with an animal in pain. - Susan Eggert

Elvis
There is nothing I won't do for my dogs, so I was so happy to find Skillful Paws. We rescued "Pelvis" Elvis from Boxer Rescue Los Angeles about 6 years ago. He was hit by a car on a freeway, and we are so grateful that someone witnessed it and choose to stop and pick him up. His pelvis was smashed and he was in such bad shape. Therefore, he uses most of his weight on his two front legs. This past summer we tragically lost our boxer girl, Roxi, who was Elvis's long time companion and best friend.  That is when I decided that I had to do something special for him and knew that massage was what he loved best. Christina is now one of his new best friends! I could tell after his first therapeutic massage session with her that his spirits were lifted.  He is moving more easily and he is so happy to see her each time. He greets her with his boxer wiggles, then makes his way on to the mat....ready to go right in to relax mode. It is so cute. His deep sighs of relief during the sessions say it all.  He deserves it! Thank you Christina!
